GLOBAL RETURN, REFUND, PRODUCT INSPECTION & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Effective Date: October 21, 2026
Company: Jay Logistics & Trade LLC (JLT)
Brand: J-JACK
Website: https://jlogisticsandtrade.com
Administrative Headquarters: Houston, Texas, United States
Policy Coverage: Domestic and International Orders

1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC (“JLT,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an international logistics, manufacturing coordination, engineering, distribution, and e-commerce company headquartered in Houston, Texas, United States.

JLT distributes and coordinates the sale of products across multiple industries, including consumer merchandise, electronics, automotive products, industrial equipment, hydraulic machinery, agricultural equipment, robotics, construction materials, manufacturing supplies, smart devices, transportation equipment, and specially manufactured products.

Our products may originate from manufacturing plants, suppliers, distribution facilities, or fulfillment partners located in the United States or internationally.

This Global Return, Refund, Product Inspection & International Returns Policy establishes the procedures, requirements, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to merchandise purchased from JLT.

Our objective is to maintain a transparent and consistent process for resolving legitimate product concerns while protecting customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and the integrity of international commercial transactions.

JLT maintains a restricted voluntary return policy. Products generally cannot be returned solely because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the merchandise.

Returns and other remedies may be available for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, materially misdescribed, or otherwise legally nonconforming products.

All transactions remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and non-waivable statutory rights.

2. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

JLT does not ordinarily accept voluntary returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, customer preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect or order discrepancy.

Where legally permitted, the following circumstances do not independently qualify for a voluntary return:

  • The customer no longer wants the product.

  • The customer changes their mind following purchase.

  • The customer dislikes the appearance of a correctly described product.

  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, configuration, or variation.

  • The customer discovers the same product at a lower price elsewhere.

  • The customer decides that the merchandise is no longer necessary.

  • The customer’s personal, professional, or financial circumstances change.

  • The customer purchases a product incompatible with equipment for which JLT did not represent compatibility.

  • The customer wishes to exchange a properly supplied product for a different model.

  • The customer no longer wants merchandise after production, customization, or approved manufacturing has started.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product specifications and purchase selections before placing an order.

These restrictions do not apply where mandatory law grants cancellation, withdrawal, or other return rights.

3. PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN REVIEW

JLT may authorize a return, repair, replacement, price adjustment, or refund where merchandise is determined to have a qualifying issue.

3.1 Damaged Products

Products that arrive damaged may qualify for a remedy.

Examples include:

  • Broken components or assemblies.

  • Cracked frames or structural elements.

  • Significant shipping-related damage.

  • Malfunctioning components caused by transportation damage.

  • Damaged electrical connections or housings.

  • Broken hydraulic components.

  • Severely damaged commercial equipment.

  • Material damage preventing normal operation.

  • Merchandise delivered in a hazardous or unusable condition.

The nature and extent of damage will be evaluated against the product’s advertised condition, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

3.2 Defective Merchandise

Products with verified manufacturing defects, material defects, or functional failures may qualify for an appropriate remedy.

Examples include:

  • Equipment that does not operate as represented.

  • Defective motors or electronic components.

  • Faulty hydraulic pumps or cylinders.

  • Manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity.

  • Incorrectly assembled components.

  • Product safety defects.

  • Electrical malfunctions under normal intended use.

  • Failure to meet applicable contractual specifications.

An appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, component fulfillment, price adjustment, or refund.

3.3 Incorrect Products

Customers who receive merchandise materially different from their confirmed purchase may qualify for a corrective remedy.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect product or model.

  • Incorrect product variation.

  • Incorrect size or color supplied by JLT.

  • Wrong quantity.

  • Incorrect voltage or configuration.

  • Material discrepancies from confirmed specifications.

  • Incorrect components or accessories.

  • Product substantially different from its advertised description.

A customer’s own selection error does not automatically qualify for a voluntary return where the correct selected merchandise was supplied.

3.4 Incomplete Deliveries

Customers may request assistance if an order is missing goods, components, or quantities that should have been included.

JLT may investigate shipping records, packaging documentation, supplier records, and delivery information to determine the appropriate resolution.

4. TRADE ASSURANCE AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER PROTECTION

4.1 JLT Does Not Operate Its Own Trade Assurance Program

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC does not currently operate an independent customer-facing Trade Assurance program.

JLT does not represent that every order placed through its website is protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance or another third-party supplier protection service.

Certain manufacturing and procurement transactions conducted between JLT and its suppliers may separately qualify for protections provided by the relevant sourcing platform or contractual arrangement.

Those arrangements concern JLT’s procurement and supplier relationships.

Customers purchasing products through JLT’s website do not automatically receive the rights or benefits of a separate supplier-side Trade Assurance transaction.

4.2 Customer Refund Eligibility

A customer’s eligibility for a return, refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy is determined by:

  • The customer’s order and applicable purchase agreement.

  • The product’s condition.

  • Whether the merchandise was supplied correctly.

  • Whether the item conforms to its advertised specifications.

  • Any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

  • JLT’s published return and refund terms.

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws.

A customer’s refund eligibility is not contingent on whether JLT’s supplier used a third-party Trade Assurance service.

4.3 Supplier Disputes

Where merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming because of a supplier or manufacturer issue, JLT may separately seek reimbursement, replacement, warranty performance, or other compensation from the responsible supplier.

Such supplier-side investigations do not eliminate JLT’s applicable obligations to its customers.

4.4 No Misrepresentation of Coverage

JLT will not advertise third-party Trade Assurance coverage as a direct customer benefit unless the relevant protection actually applies to the customer’s specific transaction and is clearly disclosed.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE PURCHASING

Customers should examine the available product details before completing checkout.

The following information should be reviewed:

  1. Product title and model.

  2. Product images and specifications.

  3. Size, weight, and dimensions.

  4. Color and selected variation.

  5. Quantity and package configuration.

  6. Power and electrical requirements.

  7. Mechanical or hydraulic requirements.

  8. Equipment and vehicle compatibility.

  9. Manufacturing and fulfillment status.

  10. Processing and shipping estimates.

  11. Warranty terms.

  12. Product availability.

  13. Installation requirements.

  14. Applicable shipping charges.

  15. International import requirements.

  16. Any special production or ordering conditions.

For technical and industrial products, customers should carefully verify the specifications necessary for their intended use.

JLT remains responsible for providing accurate product descriptions and fulfilling applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6. CUSTOMER INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all merchandise promptly upon delivery.

This inspection helps identify shipping damage, order discrepancies, missing components, and other potential problems.

6.1 Inspection of Exterior Packaging

Before opening the package, customers should check for:

  • Crushed or torn packaging.

  • Damaged corners.

  • Water damage.

  • Broken security seals.

  • Missing shipping straps.

  • Damaged pallets.

  • Broken wooden crates.

  • Exposed merchandise.

  • Signs of mishandling.

  • Visible product damage.

Photographs should be taken before unpacking if damage is visible.

6.2 Inspection of Merchandise

After opening the package, customers should verify:

  • The correct product was received.

  • The merchandise matches the order confirmation.

  • The quantity is correct.

  • All expected accessories are included.

  • Components are not visibly broken.

  • Product identification numbers match available documents.

  • The item does not appear unsafe.

  • The product matches the advertised specifications.

6.3 Inspection of Industrial Equipment

For industrial, automotive, agricultural, hydraulic, and commercial equipment, the inspection may also include:

  • Structural frames and welds.

  • Hydraulic lines, pumps, and cylinders.

  • Electrical systems.

  • Motors and control panels.

  • Mechanical assemblies.

  • Mounting hardware.

  • Safety components.

  • Fluid leaks.

  • Transport-related damage.

  • Shipping restraints.

  • Protective equipment and guards.

Customers should not operate machinery that appears damaged or unsafe.

Qualified professionals should perform technical inspections where necessary.

7. REPORTING DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCIES

Customers are encouraged to notify JLT of visible shipping damage or incorrect merchandise within 48 hours after delivery, whenever reasonably possible.

For concealed damage, manufacturing defects, or issues that become apparent later, customers should contact JLT promptly after discovering the problem.

The 48-hour notification recommendation does not eliminate applicable warranty rights, statutory guarantees, or other non-waivable remedies.

Required Claim Information

Customers should provide the following information where reasonably available:

  • Full name.

  • Order number.

  • Product name.

  • Product SKU or model.

  • Purchase date.

  • Delivery date.

  • Description of the problem.

  • Photographs of the affected product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • Video evidence when available.

  • Serial number where applicable.

  • Shipping label information.

  • Details of missing or incorrect components.

JLT may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported issue.

Failure to provide a particular photograph or preserve original packaging does not automatically invalidate an otherwise lawful claim.

8. RETURN REQUESTS AND AUTHORIZATION

All customers are instructed to contact JLT before physically returning merchandise.

Customers should not independently ship products to a manufacturer, warehouse, supplier, or corporate office without receiving appropriate return instructions.

Once a return request is reviewed, JLT may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference or other written confirmation.

The return instructions may specify:

  • Authorized return location.

  • Return reference number.

  • Products or components to be returned.

  • Required packaging.

  • Approved shipping method.

  • Applicable carrier.

  • Collection arrangements.

  • Inspection or repair procedures.

  • International customs documentation.

A return authorization confirms the return process; it does not necessarily constitute approval of a voluntary refund.

Where applicable law provides a different required return or cancellation procedure, that law controls.

9. GLOBAL REGIONAL RETURN DESTINATIONS

Because JLT operates through an international supplier and distribution network, customers are not assigned one universal merchandise return address.

JLT will determine and provide the appropriate return destination based on the customer’s location, the product, and the applicable fulfillment or service arrangements.

The designated location may be a regional warehouse, authorized manufacturer, qualified service facility, distributor, or another approved receiving center.

9.1 United States

Customers located within the United States will receive return instructions based on the product category, authorized U.S. receiving facilities, manufacturer arrangements, and transportation requirements.

Products may be directed to an authorized regional warehouse, service facility, distribution partner, or other designated return location.

9.2 Canada

Canadian returns may be handled through an authorized Canadian facility or another appropriately designated location.

Cross-border return instructions, if necessary, will identify the relevant transportation and customs requirements.

9.3 Europe

Customers in European countries will be provided with available regional return instructions consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the product and the applicable legal requirements, JLT may arrange a regional return, collection, repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

9.4 United Kingdom

United Kingdom customers will receive appropriate return instructions based on available receiving locations, product requirements, and applicable UK consumer rights.

9.5 Asia-Pacific

Returns originating in Asia-Pacific markets may be directed to an authorized regional service center, distribution facility, supplier location, or other approved destination.

9.6 Middle East and Africa

Customers in these regions will receive instructions based on available logistics arrangements, customs requirements, product type, and applicable law.

9.7 Latin America and the Caribbean

Return arrangements may involve regional transportation partners, authorized service centers, distribution facilities, or international shipping procedures.

9.8 Products With No Local Return Facility

Where JLT has no authorized receiving location in the customer’s country, JLT will identify an appropriate alternative return method.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A prepaid international return shipment.

  • Carrier collection.

  • Return to an approved facility in another country.

  • An authorized local repair arrangement.

  • Remote verification followed by replacement or refund.

  • Another legally appropriate corrective solution.

The customer will not be expected to independently determine an international return address.

Where return shipping is required because of a qualifying defect or JLT fulfillment error, JLT will comply with applicable legal obligations regarding transportation costs.

10. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE IS NOT A RETURN FACILITY

IMPORTANT — DO NOT SEND PRODUCT RETURNS TO JLT’S HOUSTON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE.

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC maintains administrative and corporate operations in Houston, Texas.

The administrative office is not designated as a warehouse, freight terminal, repair center, or general merchandise receiving facility.

Customers must not send return merchandise to the administrative headquarters unless JLT expressly designates that location for a specific return in writing.

This restriction applies to:

  • Parcel shipments.

  • Freight deliveries.

  • Industrial machinery.

  • Automotive products.

  • Consumer goods.

  • Electronic products.

  • Hazardous goods.

  • Palletized shipments.

  • Commercial equipment.

  • Personal deliveries.

The administrative headquarters address must not be assumed to be a valid return address merely because it appears on business registration documents, invoices, company correspondence, or public listings.

JLT will provide an appropriate return destination through its customer support process.

An unauthorized shipment may cause avoidable delays, losses, additional charges, or transportation complications.

This provision does not restrict mandatory customer rights under applicable law.

11. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Responsibility for return transportation depends on the cause of the return, purchase agreement, destination country, and applicable consumer protection laws.

11.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Where merchandise is confirmed to have a qualifying defect or seller-related fulfillment error, JLT will cover or reimburse reasonable return transportation expenses where legally required.

Depending on the product, JLT may arrange collection, issue a prepaid shipping label, coordinate freight transportation, or provide another appropriate remedy.

11.2 Voluntary Returns

JLT generally does not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns.

If JLT expressly approves a discretionary return, the applicable return shipping costs and any lawful handling charges will be communicated before the return is arranged.

11.3 International Transportation

International return shipments may require special customs, carrier, and transportation arrangements.

JLT will provide the appropriate instructions and identify responsibility for applicable expenses.

Customers should not arrange independent international freight shipments without approval, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

12. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES

International returns may involve customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and government documentation.

JLT may require accurate shipping documentation, proof of purchase, return references, and customs declarations.

The allocation of duties, taxes, and fees will depend on the reason for the return, the original transaction terms, and applicable law.

Where a qualifying defect or fulfillment error gives rise to mandatory reimbursement rights, JLT will satisfy those obligations.

Customers must not provide false descriptions, incorrect declared values, or misleading customs information.

Return instructions may differ according to the country from which the item was delivered and the country to which the merchandise must be returned.

13. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

Merchandise authorized for physical return should be handled and packaged appropriately to prevent further damage.

Customers should:

  1. Follow the provided return instructions.

  2. Include the return authorization reference.

  3. Identify the product clearly.

  4. Use appropriate protective packaging.

  5. Include requested components where applicable.

  6. Remove unrelated personal property.

  7. Follow applicable carrier requirements.

  8. Retain shipping documentation and tracking information.

JLT may request the original packaging where available, but a legitimate statutory claim will not automatically be denied because the packaging is unavailable.

Customers should not attempt to dismantle potentially hazardous machinery or return dangerous goods without approved instructions.

14. RETURN INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION

JLT may inspect returned merchandise, request technical information, or coordinate an inspection through an authorized manufacturer or service facility.

The purpose of inspection is to determine the nature of the reported problem and the appropriate remedy.

Inspections may consider:

  • Product condition.

  • Model and serial number.

  • Technical specifications.

  • Original order details.

  • Physical damage.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Functional operation.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Evidence of shipping damage.

  • Incorrect components.

  • Whether the product was materially misdescribed.

  • Whether misuse caused the reported problem.

Inspection findings may be documented for quality control and dispute-resolution purposes.

Inspections will be conducted without unreasonable delay where customer rights require a timely remedy.

15. REFUND, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

An eligible claim may be resolved through an appropriate remedy depending on applicable law and the circumstances.

15.1 Product Replacement

JLT may arrange replacement of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise where appropriate.

Replacement products will be subject to the relevant delivery arrangements.

15.2 Repair

For qualifying equipment, JLT may coordinate repairs through an authorized service provider or manufacturer.

15.3 Replacement Components

Where a defect or order discrepancy can be resolved by supplying missing or replacement components, JLT may offer that remedy.

15.4 Partial Refund

A partial refund or agreed price adjustment may be appropriate where the customer accepts the merchandise with a disclosed discrepancy and such a resolution is lawful.

15.5 Full Refund

A full refund may be provided when required by applicable consumer law, agreed contractual terms, or an approved discretionary resolution.

JLT will not deny a mandatory refund merely because a supplier refuses reimbursement.

16. REFUND PROCESSING AND ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS

Refunds will ordinarily be returned through the customer’s original payment method where possible.

Where a refund is required by law, it will be processed within the legally applicable timeframe.

For approved discretionary refunds where no specific legal deadline applies, JLT aims to initiate the refund within 10 business days after completing the necessary review.

This target does not extend mandatory refund deadlines.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card network, payment processor, or international payment arrangements.

If an alternative refund method is necessary, JLT will follow the applicable payment and consumer protection requirements.

17. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Some merchandise may be supported by manufacturer warranties, commercial service agreements, or other product-specific warranty arrangements.

Warranty coverage will be described in the relevant product documentation when available.

A warranty may provide:

  • Technical inspection.

  • Repair services.

  • Replacement components.

  • Product replacement.

  • Manufacturer assistance.

  • Other specified contractual support.

Warranty terms may differ by product category, manufacturer, and intended commercial or consumer use.

A manufacturer’s warranty does not eliminate statutory consumer rights that apply independently.

18. ELECTRONICS, BATTERIES, AND SMART DEVICES

Products containing electrical components, lithium batteries, wireless systems, software-controlled equipment, and rechargeable power systems may require specialized handling.

Customers must not operate products that appear unsafe.

Examples include:

  • Swollen batteries.

  • Exposed wiring.

  • Overheating components.

  • Damaged charging connections.

  • Unsafe electrical operation.

  • Smoke or burning odors.

  • Structural battery damage.

Customers should contact JLT for instructions before shipping damaged batteries or potentially hazardous electronic goods.

Specialized carrier restrictions may apply.

A qualifying claim may be resolved through inspection, repair, replacement, safe collection, or another legally appropriate remedy.

19. HYDRAULIC AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

Industrial and hydraulic products may require specialized technical evaluation.

Examples include:

  • Hydraulic jacks.

  • Hydraulic pumps.

  • Hydraulic cylinders.

  • Industrial robots.

  • Manufacturing systems.

  • Heavy equipment.

  • Commercial lifting equipment.

  • Construction machinery.

  • Agricultural machinery.

Customers should not attempt to operate damaged or unsafe equipment.

Defective machinery may require professional inspection before determining whether repair, replacement, or physical return is appropriate.

For large or permanently installed equipment, JLT may coordinate an inspection or other suitable remedy without first requiring the customer to independently transport the entire machine.

20. LARGE FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Oversized merchandise may require freight-specific return procedures.

These products may include:

  • Manufacturing machinery.

  • Construction equipment.

  • Commercial vehicles and components.

  • Agricultural machinery.

  • Large steel products.

  • Modular structures.

  • Industrial electrical systems.

  • Heavy manufacturing assemblies.

Customers should inspect accessible freight packaging and document visible damage when reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.

For verified qualifying claims, JLT may arrange specialized freight collection, regional inspection, manufacturer repair, or another appropriate resolution.

Customers must not independently send heavy equipment to the administrative office or an unapproved warehouse.

21. CUSTOM-MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Certain products are manufactured or configured according to customer-selected specifications.

Such merchandise may include:

  • Custom steel components.

  • Industrial equipment.

  • Engineering-related assemblies.

  • Specialized hydraulic systems.

  • Made-to-order machinery.

  • Customized manufacturing components.

  • Special-order industrial materials.

Where permitted by law, JLT does not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns for custom-manufactured products once manufacturing or customization has begun.

Customers should confirm technical drawings, dimensions, product configurations, and performance requirements before approving production.

If a product is defective, materially incorrect, or fails to conform to the agreed specifications, the customer may still qualify for an appropriate remedy.

22. PRE-ORDERS AND PRODUCTS IN DEVELOPMENT

JLT may offer pre-orders for products that have not entered final commercial production.

These products may include J-JACK innovation products and other future equipment.

Pre-order customers should review the estimated production schedule, fulfillment status, payment terms, and stated cancellation conditions before purchase.

Development schedules may be affected by testing, component availability, engineering revisions, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance requirements.

Where legally permitted and clearly disclosed, voluntary change-of-mind cancellation may be restricted after an agreed production milestone.

Mandatory rights relating to nondelivery, material delays, defective products, or legally required cancellation remain applicable.

If JLT cannot fulfill an order, it will comply with relevant customer notification and refund obligations.

23. AUTOMOTIVE, VEHICLE, AND TRANSPORTATION PRODUCTS

Certain JLT products may include automotive components, electric bicycles, electric scooters, vehicle-related equipment, and other transportation products.

Customers should review specifications, compatibility, operating requirements, and applicable registration or regulatory requirements before purchase.

Vehicle-related products may require additional inspection, transportation arrangements, or manufacturer documentation.

Where applicable, product-specific contracts or mandatory vehicle sales laws may apply.

A product will not qualify for a voluntary return merely because the customer changes their preference after a correctly fulfilled purchase.

This restriction does not affect remedies for defective, incorrectly supplied, or legally nonconforming merchandise.

24. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL ORDERS

JLT may enter into transactions with:

  • Manufacturers.

  • Contractors.

  • Logistics companies.

  • Industrial operators.

  • Construction companies.

  • Government purchasers.

  • Commercial distributors.

  • Agricultural operators.

  • Engineering firms.

  • Other business customers.

Commercial transactions may be governed by purchase orders, signed contracts, quotations, technical specifications, and negotiated acceptance procedures.

Where legally permissible, a separately executed commercial agreement may establish specific procedures for defect claims, product acceptance, warranty service, freight responsibility, and dispute resolution.

The terms of a lawful, applicable commercial agreement may take precedence over this general policy.

25. PRODUCT MISUSE AND CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE

JLT may deny discretionary remedies for damage caused solely by:

  • Deliberate destruction.

  • Negligent handling.

  • Unauthorized alteration.

  • Operation beyond specified load limits.

  • Improper electrical connections.

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Unsupported equipment modifications.

  • Use outside approved operating conditions.

  • Other customer-caused damage.

The determination must be based on relevant evidence and applicable law.

An allegation of misuse does not automatically void unrelated consumer guarantees or product rights.

26. EXCHANGES

JLT does not generally provide voluntary exchanges for correctly supplied merchandise.

Requests involving preference changes, incorrect customer selections, or substitutions may be declined where legally permitted.

If an incorrect product was supplied by JLT, an exchange, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy may be available.

27. LOST OR MISSING RETURN SHIPMENTS

Customers should retain proof of shipment when they are responsible for dispatching an authorized return.

Relevant documentation may include:

  • Tracking number.

  • Shipping receipt.

  • Carrier information.

  • Customs documentation.

  • Shipment date.

  • Return authorization reference.

Responsibility for merchandise lost during return transportation will depend on the transportation arrangements, relevant facts, and applicable law.

Where JLT arranges collection or supplies a designated carrier, responsibility will be determined under the applicable arrangements and legal requirements.

28. FRAUDULENT RETURN CLAIMS

JLT reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or materially misleading claims.

Examples include:

  • Returning merchandise unrelated to the original order.

  • Submitting knowingly altered evidence.

  • Falsely reporting product damage.

  • Misrepresenting delivery information.

  • Knowingly submitting false serial numbers.

  • Deliberately damaging goods and representing the damage as a manufacturing defect.

JLT may decline fraudulent discretionary claims and exercise lawful remedies where appropriate.

Customers making good-faith claims will not be penalized merely because a reported problem requires additional investigation.

29. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

JLT recognizes that consumer protection laws differ among countries and jurisdictions.

Mandatory rights applicable to a particular transaction remain enforceable even where this policy imposes more restrictive voluntary return conditions.

United States

Transactions are subject to applicable federal and state laws governing consumer transactions, product warranties, misleading representations, fulfillment, and contractual obligations.

European Union and European Economic Area

Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance-selling purchases, generally within 14 days, subject to relevant legal exceptions.

Consumers may also have rights concerning defective or nonconforming merchandise, including statutory legal guarantees.

United Kingdom

Where applicable, customers retain statutory rights involving faulty or misdescribed products and qualifying distance-selling cancellation rights.

Australia

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, customers retain relevant statutory consumer guarantees and the remedies associated with those guarantees.

Canada

Applicable federal and provincial consumer laws may provide rights concerning product representations, defective merchandise, warranties, and refunds.

Other International Markets

Mandatory laws in other countries may require specific customer remedies, cancellation rights, disclosures, or return procedures.

Where mandatory legal requirements differ from this general policy, those requirements will control.

30. RETURN CLAIM REVIEW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

JLT will review return and refund claims based on the purchase agreement, available evidence, supplier and shipping records, product condition, and applicable legal requirements.

Customers may be asked to provide reasonable additional documentation.

Where a claim is disputed, customers may request an explanation and submit additional supporting evidence.

JLT aims to resolve legitimate issues fairly and efficiently.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising lawful payment dispute rights, statutory guarantees, or consumer protection remedies.

31. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

Customers seeking a return, refund, replacement, or repair should use the following process.

Step 1 — Locate the Order

Identify the order number, product purchased, and delivery information.

Step 2 — Inspect the Merchandise

Determine whether the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Step 3 — Document the Issue

Take photographs or videos and collect other available evidence.

Step 4 — Contact JLT Support

Submit the request using the official support contact information on JLT’s website.

Step 5 — Receive Claim Instructions

JLT will review the request and provide appropriate next steps.

Step 6 — Obtain the Assigned Regional Return Destination

When physical return is necessary, JLT will identify the appropriate receiving location based on the customer’s geographic region, the merchandise, and applicable logistics arrangements.

Step 7 — Arrange the Return

Follow the authorized packaging, freight, collection, or carrier instructions.

Step 8 — Inspection and Resolution

JLT will evaluate the claim and provide the remedy required by law or approved under the applicable purchase terms.

32. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

JLT generally does not accept voluntary returns because a customer no longer likes or wants an accurately described and correctly supplied product.

Customers experiencing legitimate problems with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or nonconforming merchandise may qualify for an appropriate remedy.

JLT does not require a product to have third-party Trade Assurance coverage for a customer to exercise their legal refund or warranty rights.

Customers should not independently mail or freight merchandise to JLT’s Houston administrative office.

JLT will provide an authorized return destination according to the customer’s region and product requirements.

33. OFFICIAL CONTACT AND RETURNS INFORMATION

34. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

JLT may revise this policy to reflect changes in product offerings, global distribution arrangements, warehouse relationships, manufacturing operations, fulfillment procedures, and legal requirements.

Any revisions will be published on the official JLT website.

Policy changes will not retroactively remove rights or contractual protections that already apply to completed purchases.

35. FINAL POLICY STATEMENT

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC is committed to responsible international commerce, accurate product information, appropriate quality standards, and fair resolution of legitimate customer concerns.

Our policy is designed to prevent unnecessary voluntary returns while ensuring that customers have access to appropriate remedies when merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, incomplete, materially misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming.

JLT does not operate its own Trade Assurance program.

Third-party procurement protections used between JLT and its suppliers do not automatically extend to retail customers.

No merchandise should be returned to JLT’s Houston administrative office.

Customers retain all non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
