Please read these terms carefully before placing any order on the JLT platform. By completing a purchase or pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
Blue Product Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all Blue Products sold through Jay Logistics & Trade LLC including the J-Jack, Plastic J-Jack Prototype, and all pre-order items.
Production & Shipping Window
All Blue Product orders are subject to a mandatory 15–30 business day production and shipping window from the confirmed payment date. This timeline is non-removable and applies to all Blue Products regardless of order size or configuration selected.
Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery window begins only after payment has been confirmed and processed. Orders placed with a 30% deposit will begin production from the date of deposit confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the product ships.
Early Delivery
Delivery may occur earlier than the 15–30 business day estimate depending on logistics compatibility, carrier availability, and destination region. JLT will notify the customer by email and phone if early dispatch is possible.
Custom Orders
Orders with custom color configurations, custom model specifications, or special requirements may require additional production time beyond the standard 15–30 business day window. JLT will communicate any extended lead times before production begins.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees as determined by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated on the order. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees at the destination.
Express Shipping
Express air freight upgrades are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched from JLT. Standard shipping is FREE. Express upgrade costs are calculated based on quantity, total CBM, total mass, and destination region.
Deposit & Payment Terms
JLT offers a 30% deposit option for all Blue Products. The customer pays 30% of the total order value as a deposit to initiate production. The remaining 70% balance is invoiced and must be paid before the product ships.

Return & Refund Policy
Blue Products
Returns are subject to review. Contact info@jlogisticsandtrade.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Products must be in original condition. Custom-configured orders may not be eligible for return.
Express Shipping
Express air freight upgrades are non-refundable once dispatched (exact from document).
Deposit
The 30% deposit is refundable only if JLT is unable to fulfill the order. If the customer cancels after production has begun, the deposit may be forfeited.
