1. Purpose of This Policy
Jay Logistics & Trade LLC (“JLT LLC,” “JLT,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant, and responsible global commerce platform.
This Prohibited Items & Restricted Products Policy establishes the categories of products, services, transactions, and activities that are prohibited, restricted, or subject to additional review through the JLT platform.
This policy applies to:
- Customers
- Vendors

- Marketplace participants

JLT LLC maintains these restrictions to comply with:

2. General Prohibited Activity

3. Illegal Goods & Controlled Substances
JLT LLC does not permit the sale, purchase, transportation, financing, or facilitation of:
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances without proper authorization
- Narcotics
- Recreational drugs prohibited by law
- Drug manufacturing equipment intended for illegal purposes
- Drug paraphernalia associated with unlawful activity
Products used for legitimate industrial, scientific, medical, or commercial purposes may require additional review and documentation.
4. Weapons, Firearms & Restricted Defense Items
JLT LLC prohibits transactions involving unauthorized weapons or restricted defense-related products.
Prohibited items include:

15. Privacy & Personal Data Abuse

16. Restricted Logistics Activities
JLT LLC may refuse transportation coordination involving:
