- You retain full ownership of your IP until a separate agreement is executed
How It Works
How the JLT Innovation Program Works
Create Your Innovator Account

Go to /innovator-register and create your free Innovator account. Select your area of innovation, provide a brief description of your idea, and agree to the JLT Innovator Terms & Conditions.
NDA Executed Automatically

Upon account creation, a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is automatically executed and emailed to your registered email address. This protects your idea before it is reviewed by anyone at JLT. You can download your signed NDA copy at any time from your Innovator Dashboard.
Submit Your Product Idea

Log into your Innovator Dashboard and navigate to "Submit New Idea." Complete the IP submission form with your concept name, description, category, patent status, and supporting materials. Upload drawings, CAD files, photos, prototypes, or any reference documents.
JLT Internal Review

Your submission enters the JLT IP review queue. Our engineering team evaluates the concept for technical viability, market fit, and alignment with JLT's product roadmap. You can track your submission status in real time through your Innovator Dashboard
Partnership Discussion

If your concept is approved, a member of the JLT Innovation team will contact you directly to begin partnership discussions. This may include co-development, licensing, manufacturing partnership, or acquisition conversations.
