Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the J-JACK™ Smart Bluetooth Hydraulic Jack by Jay Logistics & Trade LLC (JLT). By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order Agreement

The J-JACK™ Smart Bluetooth Hydraulic Jack is currently offered as a pre-order product. Your purchase reserves a unit from an upcoming production run and secures your place in the manufacturing queue.

Pre-ordering does not indicate that the product is currently in stock or available for immediate shipment.

2. Manufacturing & Delivery

Once production has been completed and your unit has passed quality inspection, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated production and fulfillment timeframe:

15–30 business days from the start of production for your reserved order.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• Manufacturing schedules
• Component availability
• Quality control inspections
• Shipping carrier transit times
• Customs processing for international orders
• Weather or unforeseen production delays

Estimated dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your production allocation.

Your payment allows Jay Logistics & Trade LLC to begin procurement, manufacturing preparation, production scheduling, and order fulfillment.

4. Product Development

The J-JACK™ is an engineering-developed product. During the manufacturing process, minor improvements or design refinements may be made to enhance:

• Performance
• Reliability
• Safety
• Appearance
• Manufacturing efficiency

Final production products may differ slightly from prototype images shown on the website.

5. Product Images

Images displayed on the website may include engineering prototypes, renderings, or demonstration models.

Colors, finishes, branding, and certain design details may vary slightly in the final production version.

6. Shipping

Orders will ship after manufacturing has been completed.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Order Changes

Requests to modify shipping information should be submitted before the product enters the shipping process.

Once production has begun, order modifications may not be possible.

8. Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before manufacturing begins, subject to applicable processing fees and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

After production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted because materials and manufacturing resources have been allocated specifically to your order.

9. Returns

Returns are governed by the company’s Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been used, modified, damaged through misuse, or altered may not qualify for return unless required by applicable law.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage begins upon delivery of the final production product.

Warranty terms will be provided with the final production model.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:

• Misuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper operation
• Accidents
• Failure to follow operating instructions

11. Product Use

The J-JACK™ must only be operated in accordance with the official user manual.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

• Proper lifting points are used.
• Vehicle weight is within the product’s rated lifting capacity.
• The product is operated on a stable, level surface.
• Appropriate safety precautions are followed during use.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jay Logistics & Trade LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, delay, shipment, or use of the J-JACK™ product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Labor shortages
• Supply chain disruptions
• Government regulations
• Transportation delays
• Pandemics
• Power outages
• Acts of war or terrorism

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

Estimated Lead Time

Estimated Manufacturing: 15–30 business days after production begins.

Estimated Shipping: Varies by destination and shipping method.

Customers will receive order confirmation, production updates (when available), and shipment tracking information once the product has been dispatched.

Jay Logistics & Trade LLC reserves the right to update these terms as necessary to reflect changes in manufacturing, logistics, legal requirements, or product development. Continued participation in the pre-order process constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
