LT Engineering provides end-to-end manufacturing fabrication services — from raw material sourcing and CNC machining to component assembly and quality inspection. We turn engineering designs into physical, production-ready parts and assemblies.
Everything starts with your project details. Fill out the Request Manufacturing Fabrication form below with your material type, quantity, dimension, and project description. Attach any reference drawings, CAD files, or specifications you have. If you do not have drawings yet, we can help that is what our 2D and 3D design services are for.
Once we receive your project details, our manufacturing engineers conduct a full technical review. We assess your material requirements, fabrication complexity, tolerances, finish specifications, and production volume to build a detailed, transparent quote tailored to your exact project.
Once you approve the quote, you confirm your order with either a full payment or a 30% deposit. Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation. JLT operates on a transparent deposit model — you pay 30% to start production, and the remaining 70% balance is invoiced before your finished parts ship.
Your parts are fabricated using industry-leading equipment and techniques — CNC machining, precision cutting, metal forming, welding (MIG, TIG, robotic), component assembly, and surface finishing. At every stage of production, our quality control team conducts in-line inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, surface finish quality, and tolerance compliance.
Once your parts pass final quality inspection, they are packaged for safe transit and handed off to our logistics team. JLT handles the full shipping coordination — from packaging and labeling to carrier booking and tracking. Your finished fabricated parts are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight carrier depending on size and destination.
